Gentle stretching and breathing exercise to help improve your posture, strength, and flexibility. Designed to protect the body and mind against stress, and help to lower blood pressure. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Bring along a yoga mat, and a blanket for the relaxation/meditation segment.
